Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and delivered within 48 hours.

Free Shipping: Free shipping applies to orders over 1,000 EGP within Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and the North Coast only.

Other Governorates: Deliveries to all other governorates are available for dry products only and will be shipped through third-party courier companies. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Weekend Delivery: No deliveries on Friday and Saturday.

Delivery by Area:

• Monday and Wednesday: Heliopolis, Masr El Gedeeda, Giza, Maadi, October.

• Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday: New Cairo, Downtown, Obour City.

Working Hours: From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
